Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Accounting Team Manager will manage multi-client accounting operations, oversee team leadership, and drive process development while ensuring compliance across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor multiple accounting teams, ensuring effective management and leadership
• Develop and implement accounting processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service across diverse sectors

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in small business accounting operations across multiple industries
• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA candidate is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar ERP systems
• Experience in managing compliance for sales tax and multi-state operations
• Strong background in process development and project management
