Accounting Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Operations, the full-time Accounting Transformation Manager will modernize accounting and finance processes, enhance financial reporting, and support ongoing growth initiatives, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve existing accounting and finance processes, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Implement process enhancements and support IPO readiness initiatives, including documentation and control design
• Lead finance transformation workstreams and support the implementation of finance systems and reporting infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in progressive financial accounting roles, with Big 4 or public company experience desired
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, internal controls, and experience with SOX and audit requirements
• Extensive experience with ERP systems, preferably Workday, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite
