Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts & Operations Coordinator to support operational processes across a globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and support bookkeeping activities, including payroll
  • Coordinate team member lifecycle administration and maintain HR systems
  • Prepare reports and provide general operational and administrative support
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in accounts and/or operations in a similar environment
  • Hands-on experience managing payroll for a distributed organization
  • Understanding of Australian financial frameworks
  • Strong systems proficiency, particularly with Xero and Google Sheets
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills
