Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounts & Operations Coordinator to support operational processes across a globally distributed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and support bookkeeping activities, including payroll
- Coordinate team member lifecycle administration and maintain HR systems
- Prepare reports and provide general operational and administrative support
Required Qualifications
- Experience in accounts and/or operations in a similar environment
- Hands-on experience managing payroll for a distributed organization
- Understanding of Australian financial frameworks
- Strong systems proficiency, particularly with Xero and Google Sheets
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills
