Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant - Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Record accounts payable purchase orders, invoices, and payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and post accounts payable invoices
• Create purchase orders and prepare prepaid expense schedules

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with accounts payable processes and general ledger functions
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Accounts Payable experience and relevant clinical trial industry knowledge preferred
