Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with vendors regarding payment details and reconcile statements
• Process new vendor onboarding, invoices, and vendor inquiries
• Assist with audits, reconciliations, and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• At least one year of experience in accounting or accounts payable
• Experience in a mid to large-sized CPG company preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of workflow processes and ERP/AP tools preferred
