Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to lead and optimize accounts payable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including processing invoices and vendor payments
• Oversee vendor management, ensuring compliance and proper onboarding of vendors
• Perform trend analysis of expenses to support forecasting and budget variance analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience
• Hands-on experience managing credit card programs and expense reimbursement workflows
• Experience with ERP systems and strong command of Excel
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
