Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage and enhance accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain internal controls and training documentation for A/P processes
• Analyze audit results, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with accounts payable representatives for corrections
• Develop dashboards to track KPIs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding unclaimed property

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 2 years of auditing experience
• Previous vendor and/or account reconciliation experience
• Experience in documenting audit procedures and internal controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting
