Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Accounts Payable Analyst to manage outgoing payments and vendor obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Code and enter invoices in Sage and Corpay
• Verify invoices and vendor information for accuracy and legitimacy
• Monitor and control payments to ensure timely processing and compliance with financial protocols

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred)
• 2-3 years of Accounts Payable or General Accounting experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP accounting and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Sage and Corpay is preferable
• Must have a personal laptop or desktop for work
