Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst located in South America or Europe to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies or payment issues
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
• Experience working with ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics as a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
