Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable inbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately in NetSuite
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience required
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite required
• Experience with international vendors and foreign currency payments preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
