Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain supplier data records within SAP and Ariba
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Ensure timely payment of invoices while maintaining accurate records and schedules

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-volume AP environment with cross-functional knowledge of end-to-end PTP processes
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and Ariba PO/Invoicing
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for analytics and GRIR reconciliations
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with supplier data management for regulatory and 1099 filing is preferred
