Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices including 3-way matching, coding, and data entry into Costpoint
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and company policies for invoice transactions
• Research and resolve vendor inquiries regarding discrepancies and payment terms

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred
