Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing activities and general ledger reconciliations
• Provide superior service to departments for accounts payable processing and analysis

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance
• Degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
