Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support in invoice processing, AP system transactions, and internal controls related to the purchase to pay process
Analyze and reconcile monthly vendor statements, and resolve vendor payment discrepancies
Create reports integrating data from various sources, including ERP systems and Excel

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3 years related experience in accounting and/or accounts payable
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
No required license or certification
