Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Accounts Payable Analyst will manage a high volume of AP invoices in Oracle, ensuring proper approvals and GL coding while collaborating with colleagues and maintaining documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Voucher high volume of AP invoices in Oracle, including 2-way and 3-way POs
• Research vendor statements and queries while maintaining an organized Outlook inbox
• Collaborate with colleagues to secure approvals on open invoices and file AP documentation

Required qualifications

• 2-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience and education
• 5+ years of Oracle AP specific data entry experience
• Proficient in MS Office and deep knowledge of Oracle ERP
• Experience with two and three-way matching POs
• Ability to handle escalations and work collaboratively with overseas teams
