Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing accounting team, the contract Accounts Payable Analyst will manage high volumes of AP invoices in Oracle, collaborate with colleagues on GL coding, and maintain accurate documentation, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Voucher a high volume of AP invoices in Oracle, including 2-way and 3-way POs
• File AP documentation and statements in the Shared Drive and maintain an organized Outlook inbox
• Research vendor statements and collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely approval of open invoices

Required qualifications

• 2-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience and education
• 5+ years of Oracle AP specific data entry experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP and experience with two and three-way matching POs
• Personable and professional communication skills in a remote environment
