Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

Providing expert support in invoice processing, the full-time remote Accounts Payable Analyst will manage vendor payment discrepancies, perform GRIR analysis, and create integrated reporting to ensure timely and accurate payments while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for GRIR analysis and reconciliation of monthly vendor statements
• Identify and resolve vendor payment discrepancies while communicating with internal and external customers
• Create reports integrating data from various sources, including electronic ERP and Accounts Payable Systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Three years of related experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting
• Strong ERP experience, preferably with SAP
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables
• Expert understanding of business processes related to accounts payable
