Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Accounts Payable Analyst will manage high volumes of AP invoices in Oracle, ensuring compliance with company policies and collaborating with colleagues to resolve vendor queries and approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Voucher a high volume of AP invoices in Oracle, including 2-way and 3-way POs
• File AP documentation in the Shared Drive and maintain an organized Outlook inbox
• Research vendor statements and collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely approvals on open invoices

Required qualifications

• 2-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience and education
• 5+ years of Oracle AP specific data entry experience
• Proficient in MS Office and deep knowledge of Oracle ERP
• Excellent experience with two and three-way matching POs
• Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality in a remote work environment
