Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the contract Accounts Payable Analyst will manage high volumes of AP invoices in Oracle, maintain documentation, and collaborate with colleagues remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Voucher a high volume of AP invoices in Oracle, including 2-way and 3-way POs
• File AP documentation and statements in the Shared Drive while ensuring correct GL coding
• Research vendor statements and queries, and maintain an organized Outlook inbox

Required qualifications

• 2-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience and education
• 5+ years of Oracle AP specific data entry experience
• Proficient in MS Office and deep knowledge of Oracle ERP
• Strong experience with two and three-way matching POs
• Ability to solve practical problems and maintain confidentiality
