Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

Managing accounts payable activities, the full-time Accounts Payable Analyst will ensure accurate invoice processing, maintain vendor relationships, and support financial integrity in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned vendor accounts, resolving billing and payment issues
• Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis to ensure accurate payable balances

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing and complex account reconciliations
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis functions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently resolve accounting issues
