Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the accuracy and integrity of procure-to-pay operations, the full-time remote Accounts Payable Analyst will manage end-to-end invoice processing, review and reconcile invoices and employee reimbursements, and support month-end close activities while contributing to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end invoice processing, including 3-way PO matching and payment execution
• Review and reconcile non-PO invoices and employee expense reimbursements to resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end close activities, including cash application and preparation of expense accruals

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Experience coding invoices and expenses across departments and GL accounts
• Familiarity with expense management and credit card platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
