Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Accounts Payable operations, the full-time temporary Accounts Payable Analyst will review and resolve suspected duplicate invoices, audit daily wire payments, and validate supplier banking information while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and resolve suspected duplicate invoices to maintain accurate accounts payable records
• Audit daily wire payments for accuracy and identify discrepancies or potential issues
• Validate supplier banking details to support accurate and secure payment processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in supporting Accounts Payable operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience working with SAP
• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
