Accounts Payable and Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AP/AR Analyst to manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of accounts receivable and collections, including credit management and invoicing
• Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring payment accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Prepare financial analysis and reporting, including cash flow forecasts and support for audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or financial analyst role
• Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks)
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
