Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the import of inbound invoices and address any import failures
• Resolve invoiced not received line exceptions and manage vendor statements
• Process reconciliations and accounts receivable adjustments while handling escalations on AP/AR issues

Required Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required
• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience required
• Strong Excel skills required
• Experience working within ERP systems preferred
