Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the import of inbound invoices and resolve any import failures
• Manage data entry of electronic invoices and resolve exceptions related to invoiced goods
• Administer the pay cycle and process reconciliations and adjustments for accounts receivable

Required Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required
• Experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable required
• Strong Excel skills required
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
