Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
• Manage vendor and customer communications, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes and identify opportunities to improve AP/AR systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of accounts payable/accounts receivable or general accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
