Job Summary

Working remotely with a preference for candidates in the Central Time Zone, the part-time hourly Accounts Payable Associate will manage invoice processing, supplier payments, and resolve related issues while ensuring compliance with payment terms.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices and manage supplier payments while adhering to agreed-upon pay terms
• Collaborate with businesses to resolve supplier payment issues and educate suppliers on invoicing requirements
• Prepare reports for stakeholders and drive process efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
• Familiarity with invoice processing and supplier payment procedures
• Ability to research and resolve accounts payable inquiries
• Experience with performance monitoring and reporting
• Proficiency in using contract management databases and systems
