Job Summary
A cloud computing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Accounts Payable Clerk in West Palm Beach.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
