Accounts Payable Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable & Compliance Manager who will be responsible for managing the accounts payable department, ensuring compliance, and overseeing financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain tax compliance and liaise with outside tax experts
• Manage vendor payments, invoice matching, and payment processing
• Design and implement a new PO system and NetSuite ERP implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting or a related field
• 2-5 years of payroll Compliance experience
• 2-5 years of sales & use tax/excise tax Compliance experience
• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable management
• Experience with AP software, ideally NetSuite
