Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
  • Enter invoices into the accounting system and prepare payments
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
  • Experience with Emburse expense management system
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
