Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join its team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process A/P invoices and manage the matching process in Costpoint
  • Reconcile A/P accounts and assist with month-end close activities
  • Monitor vendor trends and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a Federal contractor environment
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint and American Express @Work reporting
  • Knowledge of JTR/FTR/FAR regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of preparing balance sheet reconciliations
