Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process A/P invoices and manage the matching process in Costpoint
- Reconcile A/P accounts and assist with month-end close activities
- Monitor vendor trends and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a Federal contractor environment
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint and American Express @Work reporting
- Knowledge of JTR/FTR/FAR regulations
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of preparing balance sheet reconciliations
