Key Responsibilities
  • Review, process, and perform data entry of accounts payable transactions
  • Verify and reconcile vendor accounts and prepare month-end accrual entries
  • Resolve invoice issues and maintain historical records for accessibility


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; additional education in accounting preferred
  • 2-5 years of accounts payable experience
  • Working knowledge of Oracle or similar accounting systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
