Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to contribute to the accounting team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Code and review corporate credit card and employee reimbursement transactions
- Create and maintain fixed assets in the fixed asset management module and track capital expenditure activity
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of Accounts Payable and accounting operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines accurately
- Experience with AP automation, expense management platforms, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reconciliations and reporting
- Detail-oriented and capable of identifying discrepancies and providing solutions
