Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to contribute to the accounting team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
  • Code and review corporate credit card and employee reimbursement transactions
  • Create and maintain fixed assets in the fixed asset management module and track capital expenditure activity
Required Qualifications
  • Understanding of Accounts Payable and accounting operations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines accurately
  • Experience with AP automation, expense management platforms, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reconciliations and reporting
  • Detail-oriented and capable of identifying discrepancies and providing solutions
