Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage vendor transactions and related accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable for domestic and international locations, including matching invoices to receipts and scheduling payments
  • Handle exception invoices in an automated Accounts Payable environment and resolve discrepancies
  • Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and collaborate with various departments to address discrepancies
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of work experience in accounts payable
  • Experience with multiple ERP systems, preferably Epicor, Macola, NetSuite, M2M, Oracle, or IFS
  • Experience in an automated Accounts Payable environment
  • Associate degree in business administration or accounting
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and experience working in a remote environment
