Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage vendor transactions and related accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable for domestic and international locations, including matching invoices to receipts and scheduling payments
- Handle exception invoices in an automated Accounts Payable environment and resolve discrepancies
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and collaborate with various departments to address discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of work experience in accounts payable
- Experience with multiple ERP systems, preferably Epicor, Macola, NetSuite, M2M, Oracle, or IFS
- Experience in an automated Accounts Payable environment
- Associate degree in business administration or accounting
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and experience working in a remote environment
