Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Print and obtain signatures on all accounts payable checks, and distribute them as required
- Act as a liaison between corporate and branch accounts payable departments
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or relevant AP work experience
- General knowledge of accounting principles
- Understanding of general ledger accounts and their relation to invoices
- Experience with accounts payable processes
- Ability to assist in monthly closings and maintain accounts payable reports
