Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Print and obtain signatures on all accounts payable checks, and distribute them as required
  • Act as a liaison between corporate and branch accounts payable departments
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or relevant AP work experience
  • General knowledge of accounting principles
  • Understanding of general ledger accounts and their relation to invoices
  • Experience with accounts payable processes
  • Ability to assist in monthly closings and maintain accounts payable reports
