Accounts Payable Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Lead to manage and mentor the accounts payable team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor accounts payable staff to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing
• Audit and post purchase orders and non-PO invoices, and create payment proposals
• Resolve invoice issues and perform monthly closing procedures while running reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting
• 1-3 years of experience in a full cycle accounts payable role
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (including vlookups and pivot tables)
