Accounts Payable Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Lead to oversee the full-cycle Accounts Payable function in a high-volume healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable team, managing full-cycle AP operations and outsourced services
• Administer corporate card programs and oversee travel and expense systems to ensure compliance with policies
• Act as the subject matter expert for Workday ERP implementations and drive process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience in a healthcare environment
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role managing high-volume AP operations
• Proven experience with outsourced AP services and major ERP systems (Workday preferred)
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and tax reporting (1099s)
