Accounts Payable Lead

Job Summary

Driving the Finance team forward, the remote Accounts Payable Lead will manage invoice processing, ensure compliance with Corporate Delegation of Authority guidelines, and oversee month-end accruals while contributing to the development of departmental policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and streamline invoice processing for accuracy and compliance
• Manage month-end accruals and oversee journal entries
• Implement reporting procedures and internal controls while engaging in ad-hoc projects

Required qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting
• 10+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
• Strong grasp of accounting concepts and experience in accrual management
• Proficiency in Big Query with AI
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a bonus
