Accounts Payable Learner

Job Summary

Joining the Chomps Learner Program, the part-time Accounts Payable Learner will support day-to-day accounting operations remotely, focusing on corporate credit card coding, employee expense reimbursement processing, and Accounts Payable invoice entry while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and code corporate credit card transactions, exporting data into NetSuite and escalating issues as needed
• Process employee expense reimbursements in Tipalti, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies
• Accurately process vendor invoices in Tipalti, validating documentation and collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or recently graduated
• Conceptual understanding of GAAP principles
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with numbers and data
• Interest in the CPG industry with a focus on transactional data and accounting
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting while managing multiple tasks effectively
