Accounts Payable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AP Manager (Remote Role).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounts payable team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Manage the T&E system and support month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounts payable experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience leading AP teams in a corporate environment
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite and Bill.com
• General knowledge of accounting principles and US GAAP
