Accounts Payable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Payables & Commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments
• Oversee the expense management platform and affiliate commission processing, ensuring accurate calculations and disbursements
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and automation within the accounts payable function

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Deep expertise in accounts payable processes and expense management best practices
• Hands-on experience with expense management systems, specifically Ramp, and ERP systems like NetSuite
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reconciliation
