Accounts Payable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and scale their accounts payable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing and vendor setup
• Ensure accurate and timely AP activities in line with accounting policies and internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on vendor onboarding and month-end close activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting operations
• Strong understanding of AP-related internal controls and audit requirements
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and similar ERP tools
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
