Accounts Payable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the accounts payable process and ensure accurate vendor payments and invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of high-volume invoices, credit memos, and payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and prepare management reports
• Supervise and train accounts payable staff while maintaining vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, or significant experience in lieu of a degree
• Must be a US Citizen
• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and familiarity with SAP Ariba
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements including CAS, FAR, and DFARS
