A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Accounts Payable Specialist and oversee invoice and payment processing
• Reconcile vendor account balances and manage vendor relations to resolve discrepancies
• Lead payment processing and ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 5-7 years of related and progressively responsible experience
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLookups and Pivot Tables
• Strong understanding of accounting practices and GAAP
• Experience in a complex and multinational organization
