Accounts Payable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Accounts Payable to lead and evolve their accounts payable function in a fast-growing, multi-state environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and implement process improvements
• Develop and manage a small Accounts Payable team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounting, with leadership responsibility preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing accounts payable operations in a high-growth environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with NetSuite and iPayables preferred
• Experience in construction, telecom, or infrastructure-related payables preferred
