Accounts Payable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to lead and optimize their accounts payable function in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a high-performing Accounts Payable team while managing the full accounts payable lifecycle
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of high-volume transactions and oversee vendor management processes
• Identify and implement process improvements and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to support organizational goals

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience focused on accounts payable
• Deep understanding of AP processes and controls in a high-volume environment
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
