Accounts Payable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the Accounts Payable function and lead the AP team.

Key Responsibilities

• Re-evaluate existing processes to recommend improvements and drive efficiency
• Lead and cultivate a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and internal controls while managing vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 10+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• 5+ years in lead, supervisory, or management roles
• Strong knowledge of Concur, SAP, Deltek Costpoint, and Microsoft Office Suites
• Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in determining solutions
