Accounts Payable Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day accounts payable activities, the experienced Accounts Payable Manager will manage a remote contract position focused on maintaining efficient payment operations and enhancing process performance using the Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable module.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate review, coding, approval, and processing of invoices
• Supervise payment activities, including check runs and ACH transactions, while enforcing compliance with company policies
• Provide guidance to AP staff, resolving escalations and promoting consistent service levels across the function

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable with prior leadership or supervisory responsibility
• Demonstrated experience with the Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable module
• Strong knowledge of core AP processes, including invoice coding and payment processing
• Proven ability to manage workloads and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Experience guiding AP operations during organizational changes while ensuring continuity and performance
