Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the part-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager will monitor foreign currency bank accounts, manage cash applications for open receivables, and maintain master store data in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor foreign currency bank accounts and perform cash application for open accounts receivable bi-weekly
• Maintain master store data, including updates for new franchisees and closed stores
• Ensure accurate reporting of monthly sales by franchisees and follow up on any discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Experience with JDE or other Oracle ERP solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience handling international customers and foreign currency conversion
• Background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or retail environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to resolve account inquiries effectively
