Job Summary

A company is looking for an AP/AR Specialist responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders and verify invoice accuracy
• Process payments and analyze invoice discrepancies
• Maintain documentation and communicate with vendors regarding purchase orders

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Excel, and Teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
